With 10M users, Google+ is becoming a social competitor

Well, it's official. Google+, which is just a bit more than two weeks old and still in its field trial, has gathered more than 10 million users. That's the word from Google CEO Larry Page, who shared the official membership numbers for Google+ during the company's quarterly earnings call on Thursday afternoon.
